WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE BY CHRISTMAS EVE?

Canadian Customers:

All orders in Canada, up until November 16th will arrive in time for Christmas Eve with International Standard Shipping. All orders in Canada, up until December 2nd will arrive in time for Christmas Eve with International Premium Shipping. 

USA Customers:

All orders in the United States, up until and including December 7th will arrive in time for Christmas Eve with Standard Shipping. All orders in the United States, up until and including December 8th will arrive in time for Christmas Eve with Premium Shipping. 

International Customers:

Lastly, all orders in Australia and International destinations, up until and including November 25th will arrive in time for Christmas Eve with International Standard Shipping. For faster delivery, we also offer International Express Shipping - all orders up until December 10th will arrive in time for Christmas Eve.

**Unfortunately, all orders placed after these days will not be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas Eve - December 24, 2020**

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders typically ship in 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) due to the time needed for the printing process. All items are hand-printed in our own shop, with your choice of style, size and color to complement your favorite designs.

To review your order status, login to your Giddy Bees account. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help you with your order.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER & HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Depending on where you are located, we ship differently. Please note all delivery time frames are estimates. Actual delivery time frames may vary due to weather, service delays, holidays etc. PLEASE NOTE that delivery times are in addition to order processing times (1-3 business days).

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED? CAN I TRACK IT?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking links take 1 to 2 business days to update in our shipping partner’s system, so give it some time to process.

If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please email us at support@giddybees.com.

DO YOU SHIP TO FPO / APO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we ship to APO and FPO addresses. Since we use the United States Postal Service, customers shipping to APO or FPO addresses should put the United States as their country. Please note, shipping may take up to 4-6 weeks.

WHO PAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Giddybees has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Giddybees has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Giddybees is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you placed an order shipping to Canada or the United States more than 20 days ago or an International order more than 35 days ago, please email us at support@giddybees.com.

MY PARCEL IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT.

If your tracking states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it. Please first check with any surrounding neighbours for anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

If you had your Giddybees order delivered to a workplace, please check with all employees who may have accepted the parcel, we know how tempting a fresh Giddybees package might be.

Couriers may update the tracking as delivered prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If after this period, you're still unable to locate your order, contact our support team with your order details and we'll do all we can to help out.

 

*All lost parcel claims must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
